list

& agree

Every deal starts on the open market. Sellers list a handle at a price in USD; buyers pay the asking price or send an offer.

List a handle

step

Pick the platform, enter the handle and set a price in USD. The listing stays live until someone buys it.

funds

Once terms are agreed, the buyer pays into a one-time escrow address made for that order alone. users.trade waits for enough confirmations before it counts the money; partial payments are added up and anything extra is refunded automatically.

Pay into escrow

step

The order gets its own escrow address. The buyer has 45 minutes to send the exact amount in the coin they picked.

Hand over

step

The seller transfers the login, recovery email and 2FA, then marks the handle as handed over.

With the payment locked, the seller hands over the account and marks it done. The buyer then has 72 hours to inspect: change the password, email and 2FA, log out every other session, then confirm. Silence counts as a yes.

That is the whole idea. users.trade holds the money, never the account. Buyers never pay a stranger directly, and sellers never hand over a login before the money is locked.

Every order runs through one state machine, from awaiting payment to paid out. Each step has an owner, a deadline and an automatic fallback, so a deal never stalls just because someone went quiet.

One address per order

Deposits are never pooled. Every order gets its own escrow address, derived from the escrow wallet, so a payment always matches exactly one deal.

Paid in crypto

Prices are set in USD and the coin amount is locked when the order opens. Pay from any wallet or exchange: no card, no bank, no chargebacks.

Self-custodial wallet

The escrow wallet is users.trade's own. Deposits are watched on-chain through public nodes on each network, and payouts and refunds are built, signed and broadcast without a custodian in between.

Humans settle disputes

When something goes wrong, escrow freezes and a real admin reads the chat and the evidence before releasing or refunding.

Usernames are identities, and identities deserve better than a leap of faith. users.trade makes the trade boring in the best way: list it, lock it, hand it over, get paid.
