What you can list
Only accounts and usernames you created or lawfully own. Listing stolen, hacked, recovered, suspended or impersonation accounts, trademarked brand names you don't own, or accounts belonging to minors is prohibited and leads to removal and a ban.
Platform rules
Many social platforms prohibit buying, selling or transferring accounts and usernames. A platform may suspend or reclaim a handle at any time. You accept that risk, and users.trade can't refund a completed deal because a platform acted later.
Escrow
Prices are set in US dollars. The buyer pays in one of the supported coins, on its public blockchain, to a one-time escrow address for the order; the coin amount is fixed when the order opens. Funds are released to the seller, in the same coin, when the buyer confirms, when the inspection window ends without a dispute, or when an admin resolves a dispute. Coins sent on the wrong network or in the wrong token may be lost. Deals arranged outside users.trade are not covered.
Refunds
Partial payments on expired orders, cancelled, disputed-and-refunded, late and excess payments are returned in the coin they were paid in, to the buyer's receiving address on that chain, in full minus the network fee for the refund.
Fees
users.trade charges a 3% platform fee per completed sale. The blockchain network fee is deducted from every payout and refund (for USDC and USDT it is charged in the token), so a seller receives the price minus 3% minus the network fee. Fees charged by exchanges or wallets for sending the payment are the buyer's responsibility.
Seller obligations
Sellers must hand over full control, including the original email where the platform allows it, and must not recover the account after the sale. Recovering a sold account is fraud and results in a permanent ban.
Liability
users.trade's liability for any deal is limited to the fees it collected on that deal. Sellers indemnify users.trade for claims arising from what they list.
